Simple Tix is a QR code based ticketing system that will organize and stream line our box office!
It will help us eliminate single use plastics as well as save paper! It will help us all in so many ways!
So, be patient and gentle with us, and with yourselves! We got this! 

:: Here is what stays the same ::

Season Memberships will include 4 admissions to our Main Stage Productions!
They can be used in any combination for any production. Membership allows you free access to our Staged Readings Series, The Colombi New Plays Festival and our In Our Own Words series at no extra cost!

Ensemble still has General Admission seating.
Seats are first come first serve with the exception of special patron needs, members, sponsors & press.
Members still get priority seating in the first two to three rows. Please indicate when making your reservation if you would like us to reserve seats in those first few rows!
You will still need to call (216-321-2930) or email us (tickets@ensemble-theatre.org)
to let us know what dates you would like use your flex passes!

:: Here are the few things that will change ::

You will no longer be mailed a season card. You will be emailed a QR code.
This QR code will be the code you show to our ushers & box office attendants which they will scan for admission!
You can print it out each night you attend, or just save it on your smart phone!

Please note that all sales are final. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance, or transferred into a tax-deductible donation. As we continue to navigate COVID-19, shows may be canceled or postponed. We will contact you via all methods available to us (email, phone, social media) for any of these updates.

• Call 216-321-2930. Please leave your Name, Phone Number, Date of Performance, and the number of member tickets you would like to use. An Ensemble Staff person will call to confirm.

• Email us at tickets@ensemble-theatre.org. Please include the Show Title in the SUBJECT line of your email. Please include your Name, Phone Number, Date of Performance, and the number of member tickets you would like to use. We will email to confirm!
